Do you charge for set up time?

No, we charge for the time that you will have the booth available to guests.

When will you arrive at our event?

For weddings we arrive 2 and ½ to 3 hours before the start of your reception.
For other events we will arrive 1-2 hours ahead of time.

Can we get a digital copy of our photos and video?

Yes, with a specific set up we can include an email feature.

Can we have a custom design for our photos?

Absolutely! Tell us about your theme or give us your logo and we will create a custom look.

Can we have custom props?

YES! We can make fun signs for you with dates and names specific to your event.

Will there be someone manning the photo booth during the rental?

Yes, there will be a 2-person team so we can make sure your guests are having fun and the booth is running great!

Do you have a Military or Non-Profit discount?

Yes, we do have a 10% discount for military and non-profit events…including military weddings!

What areas will you travel?

We are based out of Prescott but will travel to any destination in Northern Arizona, Phoenix, and even San Diego. Please contact us for details.

Will the Mirror work outdoors?

Yes, however, this will require a few things for a sunny day. Contact us for more information.

What is a custom open photo booth design?

An elaborate set design instead of just a backdrop for an open booth concept. This can include furniture, large décor, custom flowers, etc. Additional charges may apply.

How do I book the Sunflower photobooth?

Just let us know your event date and we can go from there! We will need you to fill out a reservation request form and we can go from there!

Can I pay online, or do I have to pay in person?

Yes, we will send you a reservation request form along with an invoice to pay online if you wish to use a credit card.
